How can you spend more time with yourself as you move into autumn? What would you like to learn about yourself? Are there rituals or practices you want to explore? Write out what this would look like each day or week.
Which parts of yourself would you like to understand or connect with more deeply? Are they physical, mental, emotional, spiritual parts of you? Can you sense these parts now? Are they sharing any information with you? Believe that all of your parts are worth knowing.
