My classes are grounding and playful, with a focus on mobility, somatics, and the mind-body connection, designed to meet you where you are, whether you're brand new to movement or have been practicing for years.

You'll find me teaching on Cape Cod at B/SPOKE Cape House in Mashpee Commons and The Yoga Collaborative in North Falmouth. Many classes at TYC are also offered live and virtually, so you can practice from anywhere.

Not sure which class is right for you? The hybrid Flex & Flow and the Heated Flow classes are great places to start.
