Private sessions for people ready to come home to their body.

Private and small group sessions are where the most personal, lasting work happens. Rather than adapting to a class format, we build something around you—your body, your history, your goals, your pace.

Sessions weave together yoga, somatic movement, strength, and functional breathwork depending on what you need. Whether you're recovering from injury, navigating stress or trauma, wanting to deepen your practice, or just craving dedicated one-on-one attention, we'll find an approach that fits.

Sessions are available in person on Cape Cod and virtually — so wherever you are, we can work together.

All packages are paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are scheduled at a cadence that works for you within the timeframe above.

Single Sessions vs. Multi-Session Series

One session is an introduction. A single session is a real experience—and sometimes it's exactly what someone needs. One session shows you what's possible. A series gives you time to actually get there.

A series is a practice. Most people find that after two or three sessions, something starts to shift—both during our time together and in how they move through their lives. The body takes time to trust and a series gives it that time.

Groups & Events

Looking to move together? I also offer small group sessions for friends, wellness events, bachelorette weekends, corporate gatherings, and retreats. Get in touch to talk through what you have in mind.

What is somatic movement?

Somatics is the practice of moving from the inside out—attending to what you feel in your body, not just what your body looks like doing a pose or exercise. It's particularly powerful for people who feel disconnected from their bodies, are working through chronic stress or trauma, or who find that conventional movement approaches leave them feeling worse, not better.

I bring somatic principles into everything I teach, and in 1:1 sessions we can go much deeper than a group class allows.

Who is this for?

One-on-one and small group sessions are a good fit if you:

  • Feel like group classes don't quite meet you where you are

  • Are recovering from injury or surgery and need a careful, personalized approach

  • Are curious about somatic movement and want a space to explore it

  • Want to learn breathing techniques to manage stress, anxiety, or chronic pain

  • Are planning an event, like a bachelorette weekend, retreat activity, corporate wellness session, and want something memorable and meaningful for your group

Every new client starts with a short intro call—a chance for us both to feel into whether this is the right fit.

Client Testimonials

  • “Ray helps me find edges I didn’t know I could reach while also reminding me to honor where I am. There’s a trust and safety in her teaching that makes me feel like I can show up as myself—strong, tired, unsure, whatever—and still walk out better for it. I always know I’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than when I walked in. She makes the practice accessible, but still powerful. Her sense of humor, knowledge and compassion show in each sequence and class. As a physical therapist, I am always analyzing movements and am conscious about form and alignment of strengthening and stretching. Ray continues to provide supportive and effective cues to ensure quality of mobility and safe practice. Her knowledge of what she’s teaching comes through in each class.”

  • “I would recommend working with Raydene if you are someone who wants to feel more comfortable in your workout journey and with yourself. Oftentimes my negative self talk can be hard to navigate, but by the end of class I am always feeling grateful for my body because of the way she speaks in class.”

    —Claire C.

  • “Working with Raydene has helped me learn so much about myself. I’ve discovered that I’m more capable, resilient, and creative than I used to believe. Her classes have pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way, and in doing that, I’ve grown not just in skill but in confidence. I’ve learned to trust myself more - to take up space, to try things even when I’m unsure, and to stay present in the process instead of focusing only on the outcome. Ray is attentive, knowledgeable, and honest, but also motivating and warm. She creates an environment where I feel safe!”
